SewaMitra 24 is a professional manpower and workforce solutions platform that provides Skilled, Semi-Skilled, and Unskilled human resources to individual customers, government and private institutions, industries, commercial establishments, contractors, offices, and other organizations as per their requirements. Our services may include the deployment of electricians, plumbers, machine operators, drivers, security personnel, housekeeping staff, office assistants, helpers, construction workers, warehouse staff, technicians, supervisors, and other categories of workforce, depending on the client’s needs.
2. Eligibility
Our services may only be used by individuals, institutions, or organizations that are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the laws of India. Users must provide information that is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Nature of Services
SewaMitra 24 is a manpower service provider and workforce supply platform. The availability of any worker depends upon factors such as qualifications, location, nature of work, applicable legal requirements, and available resources. Receipt of a service request does not constitute a guarantee that manpower will be available. SewaMitra 24 reserves the right to accept, postpone, or reject any service request at its sole discretion.
4. Responsibilities of the Customer
The customer shall ensure the following –
- Providing a clear description of the work.
- Providing the correct worksite address and contact details.
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and legally compliant working environment.
- Assigning only lawful and approved work to the workforce.
- Providing necessary safety equipment and ensuring compliance with safety standards at the workplace.
- Complying with all applicable labour laws and workplace safety regulations.
5. Deployment of Workforce
SewaMitra 24 shall make every reasonable effort to provide suitable manpower according to the customer’s requirements. However, the performance, experience, and conduct of each worker may vary depending on circumstances. If a genuine and reasonable complaint is received regarding any deployed worker, SewaMitra 24 may arrange a replacement subject to availability and company policy.
6. Payments
All payments shall be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms. In the event of delayed payment, SewaMitra 24 reserves the right to suspend services, levy late payment charges, or initiate appropriate legal proceedings.
7. Service Cancellation
If the customer wishes to cancel a service request, prior notice should be provided as early as possible. Any expenses already incurred towards recruitment, verification, training, travel, documentation, or administrative processes shall remain payable. Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not –
– Provide false or misleading information.
– Tamper with the security of the website.
– Engage in any fraudulent activity.
– Abuse, discriminate against, or harass any worker.
– Assign illegal, unethical, or hazardous work.
– Misuse the website or any of our services.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the website, including logos, names, designs, graphics, documents, software, databases, and other intellectual property, is the property of SewaMitra 24 or is used under valid license. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Information shared among customers, workers, and SewaMitra 24 shall be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
SewaMitra 24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, production delays, worker absenteeism, resignation, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Under no circumstances shall SewaMitra’s maximum financial liability exceed the actual service fee received for the relevant service.
12. Force Majeure
SewaMitra 24 shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in providing services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, riots, strikes, cyber-attacks, power failures, government orders, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
13. Compliance with Laws
Both the customer and SewaMitra 24 shall comply with all applicable labour laws, taxation laws, industrial safety regulations, and other statutory requirements in force in India.
14. Privacy Policy
The collection, storage, and use of users’ personal information shall be governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Right to Terminate Services
SewaMitra 24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, engages in fraudulent activities, or causes damage to the reputation or operations of SewaMitra.
16. Amendments
SewaMitra 24 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the website shall prevail.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
