Worker Registration & Employment Terms

These Worker Registration & Employment Terms shall apply between SewaMitra 24 and every worker, laborer, technician, contract employee, trainee, or any other workforce member (hereinafter referred to as the “Worker”) who registers with SewaMitra 24. SewaMitra 24 is a manpower supply, contract staffing, outsourcing, and workforce solutions provider. Its objective is to provide qualified, disciplined, and trained workforce to various government and private organizations, industries, offices, commercial establishments, and individual clients. By registering with SewaMitra or accepting work through its services, the Worker agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

1. Eligibility for Registration
To register with SewaMitra 24, the Worker must –

  • Be legally eligible to work under the applicable laws of India.
  • Provide true, complete, and accurate personal information.
  • Submit valid identity and address proof as required.
  • Provide educational, technical, or experience certificates wherever applicable.
  • Not submit any forged, altered, or fraudulent documents.
  • Registration may be cancelled immediately if any false information or forged documents are found.

2. Nature of Registration
Registration with SewaMitra 24 does not guarantee permanent employment or regular work.
Work opportunities shall depend upon –

  • Client requirements.
  • Worker’s qualifications and skills.
  • Location.
  • Nature of work.
  • Availability of vacancies.
  • Previous work performance and conduct.

3. Work Assignment
SewaMitra 24 shall make reasonable efforts to provide work based on the Worker’s qualifications, experience, location, and the client’s requirements. The Worker may accept or decline a work assignment. However, repeated refusal of assignments without reasonable cause may affect future work allocation and may result in cancellation of the registration.

4. Duties of the Worker
Every Worker shall –

  • Report to the workplace on time.
  • Perform assigned duties honestly and responsibly.
  • Treat clients and co-workers with courtesy and respect.
  • Wear the prescribed uniform and identity card, wherever applicable.
  • Follow all safety rules and instructions.
  • Maintain the reputation and goodwill of SewaMitra 24.
  • Protect confidential information relating to the workplace.
  • Refrain from participating in any illegal or unethical activity.

5. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions shall be treated as serious misconduct –

  • Reporting to work under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances.
  • Theft, fraud, or embezzlement.
  • Misconduct or abusive behavior towards clients or co-workers.
  • Fighting or violent conduct.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Giving or accepting bribes.
  • Accepting direct private payments from clients, where prohibited by company policy.
  • Disclosing confidential information of the company or client.
  • Damaging company or client property.

6. Wages and Payments
Wages, remuneration, or other payments –

  • Shall be made in accordance with the client agreement and SewaMitra’s payment policy.
  • Applicable taxes and statutory deductions may be deducted as required by law.
  • Payments may be made through bank transfer, digital payment, or any other approved mode.

7. Working Hours and Leave
Working hours, rest intervals, weekly holidays, shift schedules, overtime, and leave shall be determined in accordance with the work order, client requirements, and applicable laws.

8. Transfer
Where necessary, SewaMitra 24 may assign or transfer the Worker to another client, project, or workplace based on the Worker’s qualifications and consent.

9. Safety and Health
The Worker shall –

  • Comply with all safety instructions.
  • Properly use all safety equipment provided.
  • Immediately report any accident, hazard, or unsafe condition.
  • Not intentionally place themselves or others at risk.

10. Confidentiality
The Worker shall not disclose any confidential information, documents, technical information, passwords, business information, or personal data relating to SewaMitra 24, its clients, or any project to any third party. This obligation shall continue even after termination of service.

11. Grievance and Assistance
If the Worker faces any issue relating to wages, workplace conditions, safety, harassment, discrimination, or any other employment-related matter, they may contact an authorized representative of SewaMitra 24. All complaints shall be handled fairly and confidentially.

12. Disciplinary Action
In case of violation of these terms or company policies, SewaMitra 24 may take one or more of the following actions –

  • Verbal warning.
  • Written warning.
  • Temporary suspension.
  • Cancellation of registration.
  • Restriction on future work assignments.
  • Legal action, wherever necessary.

13. Termination of Registration or Service
SewaMitra 24 may terminate the Worker’s registration or services under the following circumstances –

  • Submission of forged or false documents.
  • Serious misconduct.
  • Theft, fraud, or criminal activity.
  • Misconduct towards a client.
  • Violation of safety regulations.
  • Causing damage to the company’s reputation.
  • Repeated absence without prior notice.

14. Data and Privacy
The personal information provided by the Worker shall be used only for registration, work assignment, statutory compliance, payment processing, and related administrative purposes. Such information shall be handled in accordance with SewaMitra’s Privacy Policy.

15. Amendment of Policy
SewaMitra 24 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revised terms shall become effective upon publication on the official website or through any other authorized communication channel.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of the registered office of SewaMitra 24.

17. Worker’s Declaration
I hereby declare that –

  • All information provided by me is true, complete, and accurate.
  • I have read and understood all the terms and conditions contained in this document.
  • I agree to comply with the policies, Code of Conduct, safety regulations, and all applicable laws of SewaMitra 24.
  • I shall be solely responsible for any false information, misconduct, or violation of these terms and applicable laws.
